The AMSE PhD program is inviting applications to enroll in the program in September 2024.
Our PhD track is an international PhD Program, tailored for talented and passionate students. Our PhD candidates are trained in advanced economic theories and empirical methods, closely supervised by scientifically recognized faculty, and produce frontier research in all fields of theoretical and empirical economics. Our PhD leads to academic jobs as well as to positions in international organizations and in the private sector.

How to apply?
- PhD in Economics >> See detailed application guidelines. The application deadline to submit the pre-application package is April 26, 2024. The deadline to submit full application package after the notification of pre-application outcome is May 17, 2024.
- 4th/5th year grants >> See detailed application guidelines. The application deadline is April 11, 2024.
- 'On the job' AMSE PhD track >> See detailed application guidelines. There are two deadlines every year, one in the spring and one in the autumn. The next application deadlines are April 11, 2024, for enrollment in September 2024, and September 12, 2024, for enrollment in late 2024.
